• A starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, toiletries, tea, coffee and coffee pods is provided. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.

• The apartment is professionally cleaned before every guest arrives.

• Quiet times are strictly from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, and noise levels must be kept to a minimum during these hours.

House Rules

We want every guest to have a wonderful experience while helping us maintain the apartment for future visitors.

• Please treat the apartment with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the apartment or building common areas. A $400 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

• Parties, events, excessive noise and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

• Quiet times are strictly from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, noise levels must be kept to a minimum during these hours.

• Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Please leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure. Excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover may incur additional charges.

• Lost keys or access devices will incur a $300 replacement fee.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Additional fees may apply.

• Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement of any damaged or missing items.

• Mail and parcel deliveries are not available during your stay, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items.
